These three technologies offer different types of advantages, targeting different areas.

• Mechanical Compression: It’s a system where the steam generated in the boiler is used, after compression, to heat the liquid water inside the boiler, forming a closed system with low consumption.

• Fluidized Bed: This technology provides self-cleaning of the heat exchanger, ensuring not only that the equipment requires less maintenance but also that the performance of the evaporation plant does not decrease.

• Crystallizer: This technology allows for a higher concentration of the residue. With this, more water is recovered that can be reused for other processes, in addition to purifying the residue, giving it added value.

The result is clean distilled water and a concentrated dry residue inside the equipment that can be treated very efficiently and economically.
