OUR ENERGETIC CONSUMPTION

CAPEX vs OPEX
In the context of an evaporator, “Capex” refers to the capital expenses required for the purchase and installation of the evaporator, including costs associated with equipment upgrades or enhancements.
On the other hand, “Opex” refers to the recurring operating expenses necessary to maintain and operate the evaporator. This includes the cost of energy used to operate the evaporator, expenses for regular equipment cleaning and maintenance, as well as costs related to the purchase of chemicals and supplies needed for the evaporation process. These costs are considered Opex because they are recurring and are incurred during the daily operation of the evaporator. Energy consumption is one of the primary components of operating costs in the design of an evaporator.
