Aeronautics

The treatments carried out in the aeronautical sector refer to processes derived from mechanical or surface operations.

This requires the use of considerable quantities of water and also generates highly polluting effluents, which must inevitably be treated, actively contributing to the operating costs of the companies generating these wastes.

The water requirements of this sector involve the entire production cycle, but undoubtedly the most sensitive problems are linked to effluents such as:

• Optimisation of the management of the entire water cycle used.
• Reduction of usage costs.
• Prioritisation of environmental protection.

Vacuum evaporators are the solution to deal with this type of problem.

They are able to remove all the particles and characteristics of the wastewater and to obtain distilled water of quality and with physico-chemical properties within the discharge limits.

This water can also be used in further processes, inside and outside the same company, as service water, cleaning water or process water, depending on its quality.
